About FeastMatch

A catering marketplace for the South West that does not sell leads.

FeastMatch matches one event brief against independent caterers on cuisine, guest count, budget, travel distance, dietary capability and service style, then opens a free message thread with each suitable caterer.

It is a working prototype built by Brand West. The caterer profiles currently listed are demonstration data, clearly marked as such, and the reviews attached to them are labelled sample content rather than presented as earned reputation.

What is real

• The matching engine, the message threads and the quote flow all work.
• The escrow booking is a real Stripe Connect integration: separate charges and transfers, with funds held in the platform balance.
• On a deployment without Stripe keys the payment steps are simulated and every screen says so.

What is not

• The listed caterers are invented. Their contact addresses are on .example domains, which do not resolve.
• Photography is stock imagery from Unsplash, not photographs of these businesses.
