List what you actually do
Cuisines, service styles, guest range, minimum spend, travel radius and dietary capability. The matching engine uses all of it, so an accurate profile means fewer irrelevant briefs.
Read and reply for free
When a brief matches you, a message thread opens straight away. You can read the full brief and reply immediately. There are no credits, no unlock fee and no monthly subscription.
Send a priced quote
Quote in the thread, revise it after a conversation, or withdraw it. Only one of your quotes is ever live at a time, so the organiser is never comparing two of your prices.
Get paid on completion
If your quote is accepted, the organiser pays FeastMatch up front and we hold it. You know before you buy a single ingredient that the money exists. After the event you both confirm, and we transfer your share to your Stripe account.
What it costs
Commission is deducted from the held amount when funds are released. If the booking is cancelled and refunded, we take nothing.
You will need to complete Stripe onboarding before you can be paid — that is Stripe's identity check, not ours, and it takes a few minutes.
