Date, venue, guest numbers, budget and what you'd like to eat. It takes two or three minutes and you don't need an account to start.
Compare and talk
We match caterers on cuisine, capacity, budget and travel distance, and open a message thread with each one. Ask about menus, dietaries, access, power, anything — it costs nothing and there is no limit.
Accept a quote
Caterers send priced quotes into the thread. Accept the one you want and the others are declined automatically.
Pay into escrow
You pay FeastMatch, not the caterer. We hold the full amount so the caterer knows the job is real and you know your money hasn't gone anywhere yet.
Confirm and release
After the event you both confirm it went ahead. We release the money to the caterer, minus our commission. If something goes wrong, you raise a dispute and nothing moves automatically.
What it costs you
Nothing. Posting is free, messaging is free, and comparing quotes is free. The price you accept is the price you pay — our commission comes out of the caterer's side, not on top of yours.
The only money you ever send is the agreed quote amount, and it sits with FeastMatch until the event is confirmed complete.
